    Hi! Are there working API endpoints for this functionality? I've searched through the documentation, but found nothing related to changing the list of restricted countries for chat.

    Hi Daniel! As far as I am aware, I have not seen anything that allows you to restrict countries via the API. I am guessing that this is because the setting typically doesn't warrant being turned off and on on a regular basis, but as I said, that's a guess. Could you share your use-case so I can see if there may be another option that I can recommend?

    Hi Sharri,

    With Zendesk Support, there is no option to block/restrict users per country. The only option in Support to restrict access is theallowlist & blocklist feature.
