我不想让我的用户能够follow articles on my help center. How can I remove the subscription button that displays on my articles?

Answer

This can be accomplished by unchecking any of theFollowsettings within theArticle page elementswhen customizing your help center.

To completely remove the subscribe helper from your help center you can remove the script within the article page's code.

1. Within the Help Center, selectGuide admin > Customize design.
2. On your live theme, selectView theme.
3. Click the options menu (), and selectEdit code.
4. From the templates, selectarticle_page.hbs.
5. Identify thesubscribehelper and remove its reference and any associated wrapper.
