我的帮助中心功能或di问题splays incorrectly. For example, buttons are not working properly, or the page-element is not aligning. What is the best way to troubleshoot these issues in Guide?
Resolution steps
The first step is to determine if the issues are caused by the Zendesk platform, or by custom theming code. You will need to test if the behavior occurs within the default Copenhagen help center theme.
Instead of reverting your active help center theme, which would be visible to customers visiting your site, test using theTheme Preview functionalityon a non-active theme.
To test on a default version of Guide
- In Guide Admin, navigate to theCustomize Designarea.
- Select theAdd themebutton and choose theAdd Copenhagen themeoption.
- Find the newly-created Copenhagen theme that appears in theTheme Library. ClickCustomize.
- Preview the various template pages within your help center. You can also preview the theme using different roles to test levels of access by selecting an option underPreview role.
If the issue does not occur within the Copenhagen theme, it's likely related to the custom theming code that's applied to the live theme.
Note:While using this theme preview,the Community will appeareven if has been disabled in your settings. It will not be displayed in the live theme.
