Store all comments between agent and customer in separate rows before agent hits submit
We need to be able to have access to all the comments made in the ticket not put all in the same row/value in the data. What I understand is happening is that before the agent hits submit on the ticket, the discussion between agent and customer is stored as one chunk. After they hit submit on the ticket, the conversation is stored as separate rows in the data. I would like the data to be stored separately before the agent hits submit as well so we have access to this level of detail for reporting. Thanks.
