Adding an email message from a Deal card
You may want tocontrol whether or not an email thread is addedfrom a lead or contact to your deal card.

- In theCommunicationCenter, clickInboxorSent.
- Locate the message you want to add, you can use theAssociated to Dealfilter to refine the list of email messages.
- Click the deal link that is displayed next to the name of the email message.
- Select the check box of the associated deal or deals that you want to add the email to.
The selected email message is immediately added to the deal card.
Removing an email message from a Deal card
The email messages that you send to your leads and contacts can be removed from associated deal cards if needed.
To remove an email message from a Deal card
- On the deal card, click theActivity feedtab.
- Open the email message you want to remove.
- Click theMoreicon ()右边的消息,然后单击Remove from deal.

To remove an email message from a deal in the Communication Center
- In theCommunication Center, clickInboxorSent.

- Deselect the checkbox of the associated deal or deals that you want to remove this email from.
The selected email message is immediately deleted from the deal card. However the message will remain on the Lead or Contact card.
Removing or archiving an email message from a Lead or Contact card
你可以also archive an email message, remove an email message entirely from your Sell account, or archive and remove an email message from your Sell account.
To remove an email message from a Lead or Contact
- On theLeadorContactpage, select the email that you want to remove.
- Click theMoreicon (),Remove from Sell.
Note:It is the same procedure to archive or archive and remove the email message from a deal card: At step two choose存档, or存档and remove from Sellinstead ofRemove from Sell.
The email message is immediately deleted from the lead or contact card and any associated deals in your Sell account. There is no confirmation prompt, so be sure you really want to remove the message before proceeding. The message will not be deleted from your integrated account.

For my use case there are too many clicks to remove messages from deals. I have many messages erroneously added to deals (contacts who communicate with me about many deals) and it is too cumbersome. If you want a 2 step process to avoid accidental deletions, please make the first step sticky, so that all subsequent delete actions can be performed by a single click.
by this I mean you could have a "remove from deal" mode that reveals the delete buttons on all messages allowing a user to remove one message per click.
I regularly use the option to disassociate an email from a deal, but it is very annoying that the next reply in that email chain will re-associate the message back to the deal you've just removed it from. This is confirmed to be a known issue. Any indication when this could be solved?
Next to that, removing or disassociating an e-mail sent by/to a colleague is impossible. Even while I am the owner of that deal. Can that please be changed?
