    Thank you for this. Where/what is the actual approval step within the recipe? I created an approve and reject agent field in the form but the light agent role cannot update it.

    Hey Josh,

    Light agents cannot edit ticket properties (E.g. ticket fields), unless they're the ticket requester. This recipe is leaning more on letting the "approver" know that there is a request made by their team that needs to be approved as the cost will be billed towards their company.
