Exclude roles in filter
If I want to see everyone except for light agents I have to select all 10-15 of our roles except for light agents to see this list.
More annoyingly, every time I select a role to include, it closes the dropdown so I have to reopen it every time, effectively doubling the number of clicks that should be necessary.
It would be great if the drop-down stayed open, and there were checkboxes next to every option (or even better, selecting a role puts it in the filter and removes it from the drop-down so I know what hasn't been selected yet).

Thanks for your feedback.
We're considering a few different possible approaches to solve this problem.
1. The ability to name and save your filters - so you'd only need to select those 10-15 roles once, save the filter with a name you like and then select that filter from a dropdown next time
2. A quick checkbox filter - "Agents using a seat" - preset filter to show you the agents using a seat/license
3. An exclude role filter - filter by NOT Light Agent role

Thanks for the questions Tom, I would vote for 1, then 3, then 2 in that order, mainly because there would be times when we ONLY want to report on light agents (or whatever other role), so ideally it would be easy to run a report either way :)
