Rebranding the Answer Bot in the modern web widget
Hello, I am in the process of setting up chat for our organization, and I wanted to know how to change the Answer Bot's name and avatar in chat to something a little more human. We are a community focused nonprofit organization so it's very important that we maintain a friendly and approachable image, and being able to rebrand our AI would help a lot.

I've reached out to our Product teams internally and it appears that currently, we are still working on a change to make the AnswerBot name configurable, however, the Avatar is still a while away.
Having said that, we have is an Early Access Program that you might be interested in. This is a feature that allows AnswerBot to use your default brand image instead.If interested, let me know so we can get you added to it.

Flow builder is great but considering switching back to the classic widget so that I can customise the Bot Avatar

Agree, changing the avatar is a basic requirement. Please make this happen.
Considering this was first raised 2 years ago, when are you expecting to release this feature? And, how do we get access to the early access?

Even if there is not option for avatar change, this can be custom-coded using javascript.
