Known issue: duplicate email notifications for community posts
Hi all -
它看到ms one of our integrations has a small bug that is sending out multiple email notifications for community posts and knowledge base comments. We apologize for the confusion, and we're working on getting this fixed. Give us a day or two, and then you should no longer be seeing those "ticket" notifications for community posts.

Does this affectouraccount end users fromoursites or only Zendesk's help/community site?

This is only affecting Zendesk's Help Center/Community Forums.
Your end-users should not be affected by this.
