We have a new mobile app experience coming!

In Q3 this year, we will be launching a brand new mobile app experience with a new ticket details UI and Messaging support.
We're currently gathering users for an EAP. More information can be foundhereif you'd like more information.

我希望能够看到organization (company) opened the ticket. At the moment in the mobile app I only see the organizations that the person who opened the ticket is part of, and often there are more than one.
