Adding knowledge using the Knowledge capture app
What is the difference between creating knowledge using existing ticket or by a new ticket in knowledge capture app?
Because when you create using existing ticket it uses the ticket id in the url

我已经测试了它直接和articl结束e ID on both scenarios will be random and will not inherit the ticket ID on the article URL.
