Feature Request: per-user control of comment order in the ticket view
We have customers that would like to change the order in which comments appear when viewing a request, from newest to oldest, while others prefer to see them sorted from oldest to newest.
In guide settings, there is a configuration option "Set the default sorting for comments in my requests", however, this applies to all users.
It would be great if this could be controlled per user. Perhaps a button in the ticket view to change it and save the user preference for their next visits.
