Wordcounts for Articles
As an organization, we use Smartling to translate our product and Guide articles into multiple languages. To estimate the cost of this work, it is necessary to have an accurate word count for the articles in Guide. Would it be possible to generate a word count either as a metric for Zendesk explore (total number of words written per language) or as a count in the Article Settings? Or both!?

John Jarvieyou can use the Help Center Manager app toexport your Zendesk articles to Word．您可以导出所有或你的文章的一个子集。From there you should be able to get the total word count to help you estimate the cost of the translation.
