    You can try to re-install the app and observe it for a while. If the issue happened again, contact our support directly so that we can check it further.

    My practice has just begun using Zendesk Chat the last month and we began using the Mobile App as recently as 2 weeks ago. We have all found that the Mobile App is sometimes logging us out changing our status from Online to Away and we are missing chats. Is this a known issue? We all have different devices IOS and Android. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, still an issue.
