Not able to comment from Jira to Zendesk
Dear All,
We've already integrated Zendesk tool with Jira. Also, we're able to make comment from Jira to linked Zendesk ticket.
But for 2 users, they're not able to make the comment from Jira to Zendesk.
While doing this they can see an attached error. Could you please check and help on this?

A possible reason for this issue could be that the two users do not have the necessary permissions to make comments in Zendesk. You may want to check the user roles and permissions in Zendesk to ensure that the two users have the required access to make comments. If you verified this and the problem is still persisting, you could try re-installing.
You can use Exalate for this aswell, Iv been using it and it works really well, especially to syncronize comments between Zendesk and Jira.
