    Usually, 3rd party applications is the cause of this prompt. You might need to check on your apps to see which of them need reauthorization.

    You can go to your Admin Center > Apps > Zendesk Support Apps to see the list of apps, then check the details of each app from there. Normally the apps that require login credentials would have fields for username/password in its settings. You or another admin can log in there and that should resolve the issue.
