    Hello Thomas,

    I'd say contacting Zendesk support and explaining the situation would be the best thing to do. They should be able to loop you in with someone who should be able to help with resolving this issue.

    Click on the chat widget that looks like this on the bottom right-hand side of your screen to start a conversation with their support team:
