What's my plan?

You can restrict access to your Chat dashboard and account pages based on IP address. You can use IP Access Restriction for additional security needs, such as protecting internal employee-only information, preventing unauthorized application access, and minimizing unintentional remote access.

To enable IP Access Restriction

1. From the dashboard, selectSettings>账户>Securitytab.
2. ClickOn.
3. 输入IP地址或IP地址的范围es using an asterisk, such as 123.123.123.*.

   

4. Click the plus sign to add another address or range of addresses. If you don't add your own IP address to the list, a warning will appear.
