HiTatiana Celentano, I'm afraid there is no built in feature for this at the moment.

We are trying to add comments to a side conversation and it does not return all the ticket comments. Is this due to the character limit (there are a lot of comments on this ticket)? Please advise.

    Hello Dana,

Yes, the character limits also apply for side conversations. Please kindly check if the characters number presented in the article are applicable, otherwise, please reach out to our support team via the supported channels for a closer investigation:https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408843597850

    I hope this helps!

I'm using this add-on to export Zendesk tickets to Google Sheets -https://support.google.com/docs/answer/9625921?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

The issue I'm facing is there are a few tickets that have the description character limit more than 50K, which is more than what google sheet allows. So I get an error and then the export stops. Is there anyway to solve this?

Hi Tanushree, and welcome to the Zendesk community! That add-on was build by Google, so we're not able to support it ourselves. However, if you click "read more" in the add-on's Overview, there are instructions for getting support:Zendesk Connector

    Hey Qin,

I believe the character limit for the ticket subject (if that's what you're referring to) is approximately 150.

    I hope this helps!

I'm trying to use Liquid Markup, and even though my message has less than 20k characters, it still says it goes over the 65k limit.

Is there a way to have Liquid Markup without Rich Text to avoid this?

Can a review on this HTML code generation from Zendesk be reviewed at some point? Because having it 3x+ the actual word count with just HTML formatting for nothing more than text and paragraphs looks a bit excessive
