This Explore recipe shows you how to create a report that lists the calls received per date, hour, and half-hour segments of when it was created. To be able to display half-hour segments, you need to create astandard calculated attribute.

How to create the report in Explore
Use the following steps to create this report in Explore.
- In Zendesk Explore, click the reports () icon.
- In the Reports library, clickNew report.
- On theSelect a datasetpage, clickTalk>Talk - Callsdataset, then clickStart report. The report builder opens.
- In theMetricspanel, clickAdd.
- From the list of metrics, chooseCalls>Calls,然后单击Apply.
- In theRowspanel, clickAdd.
- From the list of attributes, choose时间,电话开始>Call - Dateand时间,电话开始>Call - Hour,然后单击Apply.
- In the calculations menu (), clickStandard calculated attribute. TheStandard calculated attributepage opens.

The only selection that is listed under Time - Call started is Call - Timestamp
Am I looking in the wrong place?
Hello Lynn,
That's odd if you're only showing that option. Can you make sure that there aren't any texts in the search box that could limit the relevant attributes listed?
