如何agents sign in to the mobile Chat app?
Answer
This depends on how your Chat account was created and how it is integrated with Support. There are four versions of Chat accounts:
- Legacy Zendesk Chat, a chat-only version, created onzopim.com.
- 遗留Zende亚博sk聊天+支持, an integrated Chat-Support account, created onzopim.com.
- Zendesk Chat Phase 3, an integrated account, for Zendesk Support customers who created chat from within Support.
- Zendesk Chat Phase 4, Chat-only or Chat + Support.

If you have aPhase 1 standalone account, even if it is integrated with Support, you can log into the app using your Chat credentials.
ForIntegrated accountsandPhase 4 accounts, tap the green button toSign in with Zendesk Support. This will prompt action from the Support mobile app, allowing you to access Chat from your mobile device.
