You can see Help Center activity for yourself or another user in the Support user profile. This includes all articles, posts, comments, votes, and subscriptions. Agents can view this information both for end-users and other agents.
To view Help Center activity
- In Guide or in Support, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner, then selectView profile.

- ClickHelp Centerunder the user name.
- Click the drop-down menu, then select the type of Help Center activity you want to view.
For agents,Articlesis selected by default. For end-users,Article commentsis selected by default.
- Click on an entry to view it in Help Center.
