To create the report

我n Explore, click the reports icon ().
我n the Reports library, clickNew report.
On theSelect a datasetpage, clickTalk>Talk - Callsdataset, then clickStart report. Explore opens a blank report.
我n theMetricspanel, click添加.
From the list of metrics, click我nbound calls>Forwarded calls,然后单击应用.
我n theFilterspanel, click添加.
From the list of filters, chooseCall>Call IVR action,然后单击应用.
ClickCall IVR actionin the filters bar and selectPhone numberas your option. Click应用.
我n theRowspanel, click添加.
From the list of attributes, clickCall>Call IVR destination,然后单击应用.

The report will show a list of forwarded calls per number in your account.
