You can notify external targets when a ticket is created or updated. External targets are cloud-based applications and services (such as Twitter and Twilio) as well as email. For more information, seeSetting up a target.
Once you've set up targets, you can edit, delete, and deactivate and reactivate them.
Zendesk Support attempts to send notifications to an external target 21 times. If all attempts fail, the target is automatically deactivated and all Zendesk admins are notified. If a target is manually deleted or deactivated, admins will not be notified.

To edit a target
- InAdmin Center, clickApps and integrationsin the sidebar, then selectTargets > Targets.
- Locate the target you want to edit and clickEdit.
- Make your changes, then selectUpdate targetfrom the drop-down list at the bottom of the page.
- ClickSubmit.
To delete a target
- InAdmin Center, clickApps and integrationsin the sidebar, then selectTargets > Targets.
- Locate the target you want to edit and clickEdit.
- SelectDelete targetfrom the drop-down list at the bottom of the page.
- ClickSubmit.
To deactivate/reactivate a target
- InAdmin Center, clickApps and integrationsin the sidebar, then selectTargets > Targets.
- Locate the target you want to deactivate and selectDeactivate.
- To reactivate the target, select it from the list of inactive targets and selectActivate.

I would like to see the settings of the target I set up but there is no Edit button in Admin Center > Apps and Integrations > Targets > Targets.
The target in the screenshot below has no link to another page.
If you'll notice the message above in your screenshot, it seems that the target you have created have been converted to a webhook. Please check it on Admin Center > Apps and Integrations > Webhooks > Webhooks.
