Sometimes, you might want to save the current version of a dashboard tab or report. Or, you might want to view the data in a different format. You can save individual dashboard tabs or reports to your computer using theExportoption.

Choosing an export format
When you export a report, you can choose betweenCSV,Excel,Image, orPDF导出格式。
TheCSVformat is a raw data export. All attributes are placed in rows, even if they're placed in columns or explosions in Explore. Metric and date formats aren't carried over. If there are multiple reports exported at the same time, a separate CSV file is generated and compressed into a ZIP file.
TheExcelformat exports your report as close as possible to the format and layout displayed in Explore. If multiple reports are exported at the same time (as when you export a dashboard tab), they're placed in different tabs within the same Excel file. Excel exports are limited to 50,000 rows and 16,000 columns.
- Current (Medium quality): Exports the dashboard at its current size. This option is selected by default for manual and scheduled exports. It can be changed for manual exports, but not for scheduled exports.
- Current (Low quality)
- Current (High quality)
- Custom: Exports a specified portion of the dashboard. When you choose this, you must specify the export's size:
- Width: How much of the dashboard's width you want to export, measured in pixels
- Height: How much of the dashboard's height you want to export, measured in pixels
- Keep ratio: Whether the width and height should adjust proportionally when you change one of the values

Hi there, is it possibile to schedule the export of a query?
HiAlberto Gugel, you can schedule a dashboard, but not an individual query. (Although you could always create a dashboard with just one query, if you wanted!) For details, seeScheduling dashboard deliveries.
Great! Very helpful.
Hi There
Are these export options also supported in the new Dashboard Builder (beta) version?
oops - found my answer -https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4438792937114#h_01FXTB5CNXQYT5K41A1PCMBQGH:)

At this time, the export option are not yet available in the Beta Dashboard Builder. But the team is working on adding more features soon. Hopefully, this will include the options to export tabs and reports from the new dashboard builder.
