This report provides a quick way to see your end users' last login timestamp over the last 30 days.

- Editor or Admin permissions (seeGiving agents access to Explore)
- Ticket and agent data in Zendesk Support
Creating the report
- In Zendesk Explore, click the reports () icon.
- In the Reports library, clickNew report.
- On theSelect a datasetpage, click支持>支持-Tickets,然后单击Start report. The report builder opens.
- In theMetricssection, clickAdd.
- From the list of metrics, chooseUsers and organizations>End-users,然后单击Apply.
- In theRowssection, clickAddand select:
- 时间——去年登录请求者>Requester sign-in - Timestamp
- Requester/user>Requester name
- Filter theRequester sign-in - Timestampattribute to a 30-day window by clicking on it and selectingEdit date ranges.
- ChooseAdvancedand set the date range to 30 days in the past, then selectApply.
- Click theNew reporttitletext and replace it with a title of your own.
- Finally, clickSave.
