I can't see a Chat API created by another admin on the account.

Resolution steps

Chat API tokens generated by other account admins are not visible to each other on the account.This is by design and is a security protocol and expected behavior. If just anybody has the token secret generated, they can access the application and potentially initiate malicious activity.
