Use user info on the flow builder without asking him info
Hi,
We loaded the data info about the customer when this one use messaging but I cannot figure out how to use this info in the flow builder to create condition.
For example:
If the customer is platinum then I will send him this message in the flow builder.
If he is silver then I will send him another message.
Did anyone succeed to did this? I imagine I can do a GET request to get info about the current user of the widget but I don't know with witch URL

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to build conditions based on API response. At the moment, you can only base it on user input. I sincerely wish this functionality gets supported sooner than later.

It's quite disappointing that such a feature does not exist. Why am I not abe to use custom user fields or organisation tags to create a unique flow for my customers?

A lot has changed in the 9 months since my last answer and flow builder keeps improving. You can now branch your flow based on user input, api responses, and/or metadata. These two articles will explain all about it:
