    I'm also consistently getting this error when testing our bot. I can't specifically reproduce the issue so it is hard to problem solve, although it occurs on most interactions I have with the bot. I'm reluctant to roll this out to clients as it is not a great user experience. I would like to understand the root cause so this can be fixed.
