    Microsoft Editor works on every other Web page I have used. It does not work on the Zendesk Support edit boxes so there is something your code that is blocking Microsoft Editor from working.

    Oddly in works in this edit box but not in your Support application.

    Please look more into this as you're still not supplying native spellchecking in Zendesk and are now breaking 3rd party solutions.

    It takes 5 min to test the extension, so there is a difference onunable to troubleshootandunwilling to troubleshoot.

    We have to take a pretty strong stance on not supporting third-party extensions. That being said based on the description this issue is tied to the sameckEditor bugthat the links you've provided are related to. I've attached that to the bug report that we have ongoing internally. Once the ckEditor bug resolved, I'll update this thread.

    Glad to hear it's working folks, I'll continue to monitor the ckEditor bug until it reaches resolution.
