Note:Talk customers who are not on a Suite plan must also have Support Enterprise to use this feature.
If you supportmultiple brands, you can add and assign phone numbers for each brand. Calls to and from those numbers will have the associated brand value on the resulting tickets.
To add a new phone number for a brand
- InAdmin Center, click theChannelsicon () in the sidebar, then selectTalk and email > Talk.
Alternatively, if you are on theBrandssettings page, click open one of your brands, then clickAdd a phone number.
- 单击Linestab.

- ClickAdd phone number.
- Select a phone number, then clickChoose number.
- ClickPurchase this numberto confirm your choice, then clickFinish.
- ClickEditbeside the number you just added.
- Enter aNicknamefor the number, then select aBrand.
The phone number's brand will only be identifiable on the phone numbers page if you include it in the nickname. For example, Omniwear Organics Support.
- Modify any of the settings as needed, then clickUpdate phone number and settings.
To change brands for an existing phone number
- 单击Adminicon () in the sidebar, then selectChannels > Talk.
- 单击Numberstab.

- ClickEdit当旁边的电话号码re you want to change the associated brand.
- Select a different brand from theBranddrop-down menu.
- ClickUpdate phone number and settings.
