If you haveHelp Centers for multiple brands, you can easily switch from one Help Center to another.
To view a branded Help Center
- In one of your Help Centers, click the brand drop-down in the top menu bar and select another brand.
If necessary, from Support, first clickZendesk Products() in the upper right and selectGuide打开帮助中心。
This option is only available if you haveset up multiple brands.

so where does the end-user see it?
I went to our support page and there is no drop-down menu to see two different brans help center.
Thank you for messaging us. The screenshot in the article is only visible for the account owner and admins of the account. For the end-user - they will need to directly type the URL of your brand to get there.

Great! If you are an admin you can definitely see this inside your Guide settings if you are testing it. However, just like you mentioned the end-user will never see this as this is intended only for admins when testing the help center.
