If you supportmultiple brands, you can associate a brand with each of your Twitter accounts.
Tickets created through your Twitter account will have the brand that you associated with that account. If you change brand for a Twitter account, any new tickets will have the updated brand, but any existing tickets will not be updated.
To set brand for a Twitter account
- InAdmin Center, click theChannelsicon () in the sidebar, then selectMessaging and social > Twitter accounts.
- If you haven't already done so, clickAdd Twitter accountto add the Twitter account you want to monitor.

- Beside the Twitter account, click编辑.
- Select aBrandfrom the drop-down menu, then clickUpdate Twitter account.
