In this Explore recipe, you’ll learn how to you’ll learn how to report on deals that have passed their estimated close date and are now overdue. This information helps you identify deals that need to be followed up on in order to close them.

Creating the report
- In Explore, click the reports () icon.
- In the Reports library, clickNew report.
- On theSelect a datasetpage, clickSell>Sell - Sales,然后单击Start report. The report builder opens.
- In theMetricspanel, clickAdd.
- From the list, selectDealsandDeal value, and then clickApply.
- In theRowspanel, clickAdd.
- From the list, selectTime - Deal estimated close date - DateandDeal owner, and then clickApply.
- To filter out deals with no close date, click theTime - Deal estimated close date - Dateattribute on the left and clickEdit date ranges>Advanced.
- UnderTo the end of, selectYesterday, and clickApply.
- To sort the results by deal value, click theDeal valuecolumn header.
- To add color to theDeal valuecolumn based on the amount, clickChart configuration() and selectDisplay format.
- Next toSUM(Deal value), selectAdvanced, specify the conditional formatting you want, and clickApply. You can use the following example as a starting point:
