    Hello,

    Is it possible to disable ticket view export option for agents? I checked the role permissions and it seems they shouldn't have access to it but this option remains available in Support. Is that a native feature?

    Magda WierzbickaI don't believe there is a permission tied to this (your screenshot is regarding Explore reports) but I agree that there should be as there is PII that we would not want Agents to have access to. If you make a feedback post, definitely link me to it!

    Does Views support Dynamic Content Placeholder , current CSV get download with {{dc...}} , this not get converted to actual Text.

    I think your team should provide the ability to set "export as CSV" per agent permission.

    "View" can contain a large amount of customer personal information, and there is a potential risk that any agent can easily leak a large amount of customer personal information with the current function.

    I'm waiting for an option to "export as CSV" to be available per agent permission soon.

    +1 to what이지훈has stated - this is a huge liability as we have data that should not leave Zendesk and the fact that any Agent can do this, is a huge concern
