You can change the size between small, medium and large from the Chat dashboard. SeeCustomizing the Chat Windowfor instructions.
If you would like more custom size options, you can use the custom code shown in this article:Zendesk chat Javascript API.
One way to change the shape of the chat icon is to turn on or off the chat badge. See more on that in this article:Customizing the Chat Badge section (Chat standalone users). Beyond this, the shape of the widget is not customizable.
The current web chat widget is all messed up on my website. The DIV does not have an ID else i'd fix it myself with JS, at the least you could apply a basic css class so i could overwrite it, its just a style issue.
