What is the difference betweenTime - Backlog recordedandTime - Backlog end of period?
Answer
If you use the date field ofBacklog recorded, you are aggregating data. The积压的结束时期looks at backlog count at the end of the selected period of time.
For example, this is the backlog count over a week for a random account: 10 backlog tickets on Monday, 11 on Tuesday, 10 on Wednesday, 11 on Thursday, 10 on Friday, 9 on Saturday, and 9 on Sunday.
If you useTime - Backlog recorded, the result is 70. But if you use积压的结束时期, the result is 9.

great thank you. it makes sense now. but I am also seeing a column with no date. what does it mean?

Since the attributeEnd of week只显示最后一天吗of the snapshot period (Jan 30 and Feb 6, in your example), the backlogs for other days are not included, so they're all grouped in this one blank column with no date (for example, backlogs on Jan 31, Feb 1, Feb 2, etc.). Here's a more detailed visual representation:
Here, we can clearly see that theEnd of weekcolumn only displaysSundays, so Mondays-Saturdays are left blank. They are only visible because of theBacklog recorded - Dateattribute. But if I remove it, you will see that backlogs on these days are grouped under a 'no date' row:
