How can I share my smart list with my team?
Answer
When youcreate a smart list, the list is only visible to you in your account. There are two options to share your saved views of data with your colleagues:
- Admins cancreate a smart list templateif they want to share a list with all users on the account. Users can then add the template from their工作中心to quickly reference the filtered list of data.
- Export a smart listto share the data with someone outside of your account. The export option allows you to filter for a specific subset of data and then send the CSV file to a third party.
Note:
Smart list templates displays records based on each user's own数据权限. Therefore, smart list records based on a template may differ between users in your Sell account.

Export and share the data? The data is already in the system, why am I exporting data to an excel sheet and then sharing that with another Sell user? I want my coworker to be able to use my smart list to filter *inside* of Sell.

sharing smartlists should be far easier than it is now, which is a terrible experience.
