The table below summarizes the Explore plans and the Suite, Support, or Sell plans in which they're included.

About Explore plans prior to February 1, 2021

Prior to February 1, 2021, Explore was not included in the Suite. It was previously available only with Zendesk Support Professional and Enterprise, as a free plan or a paid plan.

About the Explore Legacy plan

If you've been migrated from Insights to Explore or if you're currently using Insights, you get a free version of Explore known as Explore Legacy. This version is identical in functionality to Explore Professional except that:

It includes the following features that are not part of Explore Professional:
- Scheduling dashboards with end users
- Sharing Explore dashboards outside Zendesk
It does not include features released after October 11, 2022, including access to theExplore live dashboard.
