Zendesk, Inc.(NYSE:ZEN) today announced plans to launch a new European data centre in
Frankfurtbeginning in the second quarter of 2015 as it continues to expand the number of organisations using its customer service platform in
Germanyand throughout
Europe.

will be one of the first U.S.-based cloud software companies to operate a data centre in
Germany,underscoring its commitment to serve German customers and provide them with more options for where customer data is hosted. The new data centre comes after
亚博
previously invested in the German market with the opening of an official office in
Berlinand expansion of the local team.

customer service platform hosted, persistently stored and backed up within
Germany.

Frankfurtdata centre will join Zendesk’s first European data centre opened in
March 2013in
Dublin. With two European data centres,

will have more options for replicating data and providing disaster recovery within the
European Union.
